Clearing Cache and Cookies
On your Chromebook,
open the Chrome browser.
At the top-right,
click the 3 dots for the drop down menu:
Click More tools
> Clear browsing data.
At the top, from the Time Range drop down menu, select All
Next to 'Cookies and
other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.
Click Clear data.
- Browsing History generally does not cause problems, and shouldn't need to be cleared; you can leave it unchecked.
This may take several seconds, sometimes up to a minute to complete. Once it finishes, the above screen will close.
